The staff and the doctor and the nurses were very, very good, professional, helpful, polite and happy, period. However, it would be nice if maybe if you had some water in the lobby that the patients could drink while they're waiting to see the doctor.

Dr.Bosse was so attentive to me and answered my questions. He viewed my scan carefully and explained every step of my concerns. Although he speaks in a low tone his words were very clear and I understood everything. I would recommend him to others is they needed a Neurologist. From the 2 receptionist and a great Nurse my experience was great.

Dr. Boss gave way too much technical information for my mom, who has dementia, clearly, and he was condescending, and it was like he was reading from a textbook and just trying to prove how much medical knowledge he had. He showed no compassion or empathy and was just interested in his own knowledge and not at all responsive to how I was responding or my mom was. I will never go back there again and my mom left there feeling terrible.

This office is so poorly managed and the people who work here are incredibly rude and incompetent. The nurse who took my vitals was ill and coughing all over me. The person who checked me out was refusing to schedule a follow up for me until I pushed her to go ask the doctor when I should come back. Horrible experience overall.

The experience was terrible, write down to the person in the lab that drew my blood. No one was cordial. No one showed empathy. No one was even really polite. The entire staff everywhere I went and I had to go to two facilities really just seemed like they were there to get a paycheck and we're not really happy at all with their job and what they were doing
