Providers are good. Department can sometimes be hard to navigate i.e. scheduling and length of time to get appointments. Initially hard to reach providers with questions.

Going from the urologist prescreening area in 1447 to the EKG area in the hospital back to the Lab area in 1447 was a real challenge. Even some of the people who work there were not able to help. After I wondered around for about 15 minutes and being set to the wrong floor two different workers actually took me to where I need to go. You need to develope a very "detailed" handout of the 1447 building and the connected hospital so people don't end up wondering around trying to find the next area they need to go. A handout can be done and given to anyone when they check in if they need it. Give the project to one of your IT people and they could knock it out on the computer in no time.
