Dr. Joseph is such a good doctor. She listens to all your concerns and doesn't rush you. She is so good about calling you with lab results if you had labs done. She'll let you know if she sent a prescription in to your pharmacy. She's a very thorough doctor.

While Dr. Joseph is a perfect provider, it's obvious that Wellstar and insurance companies require physicians and specialists to focus on charts and paperwork more than focusing on the patients and their issues. It's not something that Dr. Joseph mentioned to me, but I realized since I had to deal with wellstar optometrist as well. You care about quantity and money, while true medical care requires a trust and connection between the physician and the patient. I'm coming from a culture that all ancient physicians where philosophers, but well-star thinking of only it own profit won't let its physicians to be philosophers and learn enough about the patient's medical issues.
