While Dr. Joseph is a perfect provider, it's obvious that Wellstar and insurance companies require physicians and specialists to focus on charts and paperwork more than focusing on the patients and their issues. It's not something that Dr. Joseph mentioned to me, but I realized since I had to deal with wellstar optometrist as well. You care about quantity and money, while true medical care requires a trust and connection between the physician and the patient. I'm coming from a culture that all ancient physicians where philosophers, but well-star thinking of only it own profit won't let its physicians to be philosophers and learn enough about the patient's medical issues.

Dr. Joseph was kind to him and communicated with him even when he couldn't fully express himself. Dr. Joseph ordered necessary tests to better evaluate and monitor his health.
