Dr. Joseph is a great doctor. I think I pushed the wrong button on the first one. I meant four for I trust her with my life. The only thing that could be done better is the way the staff takes our blood. They're not that good. And honestly, I'd rather just go to LabCorp for somewhere else that has more trained phlebotomists. Anyway, but thank you so much. Bye.

I am very disappointed with my recent visit. I presented with a painful HS abscess and reported that I was feeling unwell with an elevated temperature. The provider declined to treat the abscess, did not offer incision and drainage, and did not prescribe antibiotics. I was told the office did not have the necessary tools to perform a basic procedure. Because of this, I had to seek care immediately at another facility, where the provider performed an incision and drainage and prescribed both oral and topical antibiotics. As a result I am now responsible for two medical visits, one of which did not address my condition. I do not feel my concerns were taken seriously, and the level of care I received did not meet expectations. I will be seeking care elsewhere moving forward.

Even though the visit went well, I could not pay my bill for two reasons. One, the machine didn't work so they couldn't take my credit card payment. And two, they couldn't explain why I had a previous charge on it. So if they can improve on that, and I would have paid it right there and then, that would have been helpful. Thank you.

The only thing that could be done better is the way the staff takes our blood. They're not that good.
