It's been a while since I visited Wellstar, and I must admit that I was hesitant with this visit but my pcp recommended her. I was pleasantly pleased with Dr. Sinnott. I asked questions and she provided the explanation. She didn't rush. I also like that I received a call from her to further talk about my visit. I understand that doctors are super busy, but when they take the time to follow up with you directly instead of the nurse (nothing at all against nurses), you appreciate that even more. I hope the professional and caring service continues.

I had more than one test that she Dr Sinnott wanted me to get I got my lab work done and my x-ray done very quickly. My appointment was at 8:30 and by 11 o'clock. I had my doctors visit done my Blandburg done and my x-ray made the same day. Someone called me with my results which were all favorable thoroughly impressed.

Excellent care. Was checked in on time, and then seen by the physician without any delay. Explained all the treatment modalities with me including risks and benefits. Prescriptions and lab work was promptly given to me with a follow up appointment.

Dr. Sinnott was very friendly and thorough. She explained everything very well. This was my first visit and it took me 4 hours to get to the facility so she made sure I could get all the tests done I could that day!!! It was worth the drive and looking forward to seeing her again and figuring out a diagnosis.

Dr Sinnott is awesome. She takes the time to listen and explains in language that is easy to understand. I never feel rushed and she always follow thru with whatever she tells me she is going to do. I really believe Dr Sinnott cares about my well being.

Extremely unsatisfied with Wellstar charging me $95 and my insurance company $800+ just to use the facility to get to my doctor. There is no other way a patient can access a doctor employed by Wellstar except by walking into the building. I have been a patient of MCG for most of my life and have been through the many changes in ownership. Wellstar is horrible and the extra charges and paperwork is obnoxious. If I did not respect and value my doctor as much as I do, I would not use Wellstar at this point. You have become a money grab and shame on you and your administration.

Being able to talk to someone would have been helpful. I came to an appointment and was told it was cancelled because I didn't do a 24 hour urine sample. Everyone doesn't have mychart, so talking to someone is helpful.
