I'm sure she didn't realize it, but it was a lot to take in. She wrote down everything for me, but it felt a little rushed. She was very efficient and thorough mostly. Perhaps I should have asked more questions....

This was my first visit with Dr. Sinnott. She was very thorough with her exam. She was very kind and listened to all of my concerns; addressing each one. My initial appointment (for tomorrow) was canceled. She was incredibly quick to respond to my message and offered me the appointment I had this morning. You can tell how knowledgeable she really is and that she cares about her patients.

All staffing were nice and polite. The hospital rates are way too high! And the lab was overpacked with patients...I waited an hour+ for a 2-minute lab draw! WellStar should look into relocating the lab for easier access and make it larger, etc.

You all had a lady at the check out desk, was very nasty,l ask her.did l have anymore appointments, she said she didn't know anything about it,l said don't know anything about any appointments, so l left, my Doctor call me, and ask me why I didn't get my blood work done,l told her the lady at the check out desk was very rude and l ask her did l have any blood work, she said she didn't know, she acts like l bothering her so l didn't ask her anything else,l have to find rides to my appointment there, that's why l try to get everything done why I'm up there.nowl have to get someone to take me back up there to get my blood work done, when I could have had it done before I left, that's not right,
