I was a bit worried about having a procedure done when I got there. The Dr. made me feel very sure it needed to happen and he was the one I needed to do it. He was great at explaining and giving me all the information I needed to proceed. It is always a pleasure to interact with all the staff at the Hiram location!

Starting with my check-in, I got a lot of assistance. I had even my healthcare plan explained to me by the nurse that checked me in. Also was able to get good feedback from Dr. T. He was very, very thorough with his explanation of anything that I may have going on physically. So I highly recommend him. They're very thorough. They seem to be genuinely concerned. And I really had a great appreciation for what they did for me.

I just want to say I went into my visit yesterday very nervous about discussing future surgery or treatment, but after speaking with the doctor, he made it so comfortable to where my decision was a 10 to have the procedure done with him. The fact that he was confident, knowledgeable, and also empathy, also empathy. He empathized about my situation that it really made me so comfortable that I went home and I was telling my family how I'm grateful that I have a doctor like him. So I just want to say he is wonderful. He is great. And yeah, I would look forward to sending anyone towards his way for treatment.

The only issue with this visit is the visit should have never been scheduled since I had just seen the doctor 30 days prior. The Doctor agreed with that" just seems like a way to bill Medicare for something not needed!

Well, I was very happy with the doctor, the way he took care of me, everything. And also he recommended because I didn't do the check in my peacemaker. He sent me to the peacemaker. He took care of it, but I got problem with the nurses because they told me they were going to take care of the other medicine and they haven't been taken care of. I thought they told me they were going to try to get the doctor to sign it, but why did they tell me from the beginning? Yes. And now they told me different. Bye.
