I don't like two accounting practices.'1) they don't send bills; they they just send you notices like YOU OWE $70. Sounds like I have been delinquent in paying. 2) Today I got an estimate for $117 for a Doctor's visit. It didn't take into account that I have insurance and I just had the appointment and it is deliberately misleading me. I don't know who you have running that department but a little sensitivity training wouldn't hurt.

The issues that I came there with after waiting almost four weeks to seek attention, I don't feel were still addressed appropriately. There were very little changes and so I still have some of the same issues as before I came. So I will be seeking another EMT. I was not satisfied with my care. And I'm sorry, but that's just how I feel. Thank you.

I was not prepared to find parking. The complex is confusing so I would recommend that in addition to address specific directions to access parking (blue parking lot) traverse to elevator lobby from parking lot. Go through lobby to main elevators to 3rd floor suite #340. I was 15 min late due to confusion of access and parking

I was unsatisfied with the response when I needed an appointment for an acute problem and was told it would be six weeks or more before I could be seen. After I persisted, I did get an appointment in about 10 days which still seems ridiculous for someone in pain.
