Check in was fine. The notes a bit of attitude at the check in desk however. But not significant but notable. The doctor was fine although he didn't fully listen to my complaints. Ran me into the test room and ran me out. Somewhat underwhelming. Check out was fine and like checkin, and with the doctor I re- confirmed that the VA was covering my medical for the days services. Yep, referral on file. Nevertheless, i was still billed!for the services. After two calls to billing and getting forwarded to other organizations numerous times and being on hold numerous times, 8 was finally told this would be resolved in a couple of days. Oaky fine, I hung up and three hours later I got a text and email that I owed money for services. This is unacceptable. Its just not that hard and very time consuming and frustrating. Thank you,
