I don't get why it's gotten so hard to be able to speak with a provider directly. All correspondence through MyChart is always intercepted by a nurse who just tells me that I need to come in for an appointment. They don't provide any other advice other than tell me to come into the office. That is not true patient care. This office used to feel personal and like a family, and now it feels like they're just looking to make money. I have been with this practice for 10 years, but am considering looking for another practice.

I love Dr. Blackwell Ford. She has really taken care of both my sons with such care. I am sad my older son is now too old to see her. She has gone out of her way to make sure that they get the individualized care that they need, and she is just a gam. We are lucky, WellStar is lucky to have her.
