I checked in 30 minutes early. My appointment was at 930. The resident saw me but I waited 30 minutes after for my injections. Don't know if appointments are doubled up. Love my Doctor. I like to be on time and expect to be seen in a timely manner. I understand things happen because I'm in health care.

Great hip injection. The doctors were very pleasant, answered any questions completely and went above and beyond explaining exactly what AND why they were doing what they were doing. They left me feeling like I didn't need to ask anymore questions. Very straight forward and honest. I will be back.

This office doesn't share information with one another. I started with Dr Parada and ended with Dr Bentley. I had an appointment on July 13th with Dr Parada received no feedback on my next step. I had to call August 4th to ask when was my next appointment and what procedure . I called Julia Smith several times and left messages a nice staff member called me on August 10th and before the day ended she had everything I needed answered. Also Daysia at the front desk August 11 excellent customer service thanks for your concern. Do better with customer service. I guess the military have spoiled me compared to the civilian side of patients care.
