Although the front desk staff was Wonderful and nice, they didn't tell me that my insurance wasn't accepted and was out of plan until I filled out all of the paper work and was ready to be seen. They should have told me as soon as I gave them my insurance card. if they did I would have gone to see another provider. Now it will cost me a lot for the visit. Also, the doctor was not very sure of himself.
