I found it very strange that there wasn't an appointment available for my annual checkup until March 2027. I've usually been able to get appointments on short notice, and I like to have my annual checkup in January or early February. If my primary doctor is so busy that he can't see me for three months next year, I think it would be best to find another doctor who can see me sooner.

The main doctor that saw me was really nice. She tried to connect on a personal level with me, asked me a bunch of personal questions, which I appreciate. Coming from a family of doctors in Brazil, the level of care when you connect at a human level is very appreciated. So I'm fairly, very, very happy with how the doctor, the main doctor that saw me connected with me and got to know me throughout the consultation. So I'd like to recognize that. I think that in an age of transactional and fast pace, these types of connections are really meaningful.

Every member of the staff I interacted with was kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Good experience, the provider listened to my medical problem and called in a prescription for my cough. The next day I felt worse, called her office, spoke to her nurse and then spoke to nurse practitioner. If I still did not feel well and to go Urgent Care or ER.

Phlebotomist needs to practice drawing blood a few more times. My arm shouldn't be hurting an hour later. She used a very thick needle and placed it very deep. I have very clear veins and never felt discomfort before.

I showed ip so unprepared and both the front office staff and the nursing staff were super friendly and patient with me while I fumbled with my phone to figure it out! Highly recommend, even on your "off" days.

The main doctor that saw me was really nice. She tried to connect on a personal level with me, asked me a bunch of personal questions, which I appreciate. Coming from a family of doctors in Brazil, the level of care when you connect at a human level is very appreciated. So I'm fairly, very, very happy with how the doctor, the main doctor that saw me connected with me and got to know me throughout the consultation. So I'd like to recognize that. I think that in an age of transactional and fast pace, these types of connections are really meaningful.

I found it very strange that there wasn't an appointment available for my annual checkup until March 2027. I've usually been able to get appointments on short notice, and I like to have my annual checkup in January or early February. If my primary doctor is so busy that he can't see me for three months next year, I think it would be best to find another doctor who can see me sooner.
