My appointment started right on time, and I never felt rushed. My provider took the time to truly listen, answered every question thoroughly, and explained everything in a way that made me feel informed and supported. What meant the most to me was how quickly and compassionately she helped me complete the necessary paperwork I urgently needed. Dr.Betul Kilic understood the importance of my situation and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly and promptly. Every member of the staff I interacted with was kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. It's rare to find a medical office where everyone works together so seamlessly while making patients feel valued and respected. Because of the exceptional care I received during my very first visit, I made the decision to establish all of my primary care here. It's not often that you leave a doctor's appointment feeling heard, cared for, and grateful-but that's exactly how I felt. I cannot thank my provider and the entire team enough for their compassion, professionalism, and dedication. They truly made a difficult time much easier, and I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding primary care.

Betul listened to me and really out me at ease. I get nervous at doctor's offices, and she made it easy to relax and talk and have honest conversations. Also, whoever drew my blood was awesome. I did not catch her name, and that's 100% on me, but I get dizzy with bloodwork, and she kept talking to me and kept me talking and it was truly a great experience. All around wonderful time! I adore Betel. She reminds me so much of my favorite dr that worked here, Dr. Ranjan. Absolutely feel beyond comfortable with her and her advice and opinions , and the fact that she takes all the time needed and more to answer my questions. She is phenomenal and I will continue to come to this practice just because of her.

Good experience, the provider listened to my medical problem and called in a prescription for my cough. The next day I felt worse, called her office, spoke to her nurse and then spoke to nurse practitioner. If I still did not feel well and to go Urgent Care or ER.

Phlebotomist needs to practice drawing blood a few more times. My arm shouldn't be hurting an hour later. She used a very thick needle and placed it very deep. I have very clear veins and never felt discomfort before.

My originally appointment with a physician was rescheduled with an APP. When I arrived I informed them that I was there for my prescription refill. After waiting 20 minutes for the APP to arrive, I was then told that the APP couldn't fill my prescription. This should have been caught by the person rescheduling my appointment a month prior.

This office has definitely improved in the last few months. This time, I hadn't considered seeing a doctor, but the nurse suggested I go and made me an appointment with the NP. Excellent service; I felt I was with someone trustworthy and attentive. I have nothing to suggest.

Betul was very attentive and spent time listening to me and my medical history. She ordered x ray and an ultrasound and provided information for me to schedule the tests. Lucy took my vitals before I saw Betul and she also was very attentive and friendly.

Good experience, the provider listened to my medical problem and called in a prescription for my cough. The next day I felt worse, called her office, spoke to her nurse and then spoke to nurse practitioner. If I still did not feel well and to go Urgent Care or ER.

I adore Betel. She reminds me so much of my favorite dr that worked here, Dr. Ranjan. Absolutely feel beyond comfortable with her and her advice and opinions , and the fact that she takes all the time needed and more to answer my questions. She is phenomenal and I will continue to come to this practice just because of her.

From the front desk to seeing NP BETUL, I am very satisfied with my visit. I felt like my concerns were listened too and addressed. I also left feeling comfortable enough to come back for future visits. This office was awesome!

The experience here was great. No wait time at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Betul Kececi was kind, thorough, and knowledgeable . She took time with our appointment. I didn't feel like she was rushing through it like most doctors.

Betul listened to me and really out me at ease. I get nervous at doctor's offices, and she made it easy to relax and talk and have honest conversations. Also, whoever drew my blood was awesome. I did not catch her name, and that's 100% on me, but I get dizzy with bloodwork, and she kept talking to me and kept me talking and it was truly a great experience. All around wonderful time! Thank you.

My appointment started right on time, and I never felt rushed. My provider took the time to truly listen, answered every question thoroughly, and explained everything in a way that made me feel informed and supported. What meant the most to me was how quickly and compassionately she helped me complete the necessary paperwork I urgently needed. Dr.Betul Kilic understood the importance of my situation and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly and promptly. Every member of the staff I interacted with was kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. It's rare to find a medical office where everyone works together so seamlessly while making patients feel valued and respected. Because of the exceptional care I received during my very first visit, I made the decision to establish all of my primary care here. It's not often that you leave a doctor's appointment feeling heard, cared for, and grateful-but that's exactly how I felt. I cannot thank my provider and the entire team enough for their compassion, professionalism, and dedication. They truly made a difficult time much easier, and I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding primary care.
