Ozzie was great - she kept me updated when dr mukete would be done with other patients - she was thorough and kind. Dr mukete is great - he answered all my questions and helped me so much by putting stents in my blockages.

Good evening, The Dr. didn't want to gather all the information needed to make an accurate diagnosis. He made assumptions without asking enough questions. I had to guide the encounter in order to make sure that he got the entire picture regarding my situation. Even then I don't think he fully listened. Also, he was in a hurry to advise risky tests without attempting the most conservative tests first. He just seemed to want to get through the appointment as quickly as possible. Overall not impressed. Thank you.

I actually didn't know why I was there. I thought I was getting approval for the ENT surgery. But after a series of check ups like pulse & blood pressure, etc. the doctor told me I was "abnormal" & had to undergo an EKG & stress test. I did not understand what was going on. The girl at the desk was so tired she could hardly explain anything. She tried her best, I guess. I now need to wait another month for a nasal cavity procedure.
