I actually didn't know why I was there. I thought I was getting approval for the ENT surgery. But after a series of check ups like pulse & blood pressure, etc. the doctor told me I was "abnormal" & had to undergo an EKG & stress test. I did not understand what was going on. The girl at the desk was so tired she could hardly explain anything. She tried her best, I guess. I now need to wait another month for a nasal cavity procedure.

The entire staff, from the doctor on down, was excellent. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable.

Everything went smoothly except for check in process at the lobby. After waiting 20 minutes I was eventually advised that I didn't need to check in and proceed to office on 3rd floor.
