Viktoria in the lab did a wonderful job drawing my blood. Not only did I not feel the prick, I have no bruise on my arm. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and put me at ease. The lab is immaculate. The nurse Marcia who brought me back was also very professional and took care to adjust my position for the Blood Pressure. She listened carefully to my responses to her questions. Dr. Farahvash has a great bedside manner. He listened carefully to my concerns then asked appropriate questions to clarify and explain. I have been dealing with my issue for 15 years and he imparted information I did not know. I felt he took my concerns seriously and explained his plan so I could understand. I felt cared for and valued by everyone I met.

Receptionist was absolutely amazing, great customer service, very welcoming, knowledgeable. Swift lab tech was wonderful as well. The nurse that did my intake, she did amazing as well. And of course the doctor, he has an amazing bedside manner, very patient, thorough, explains, knowledgeable. makes you feel like you are a person that is cared for and that you can definitely do it. Very empowering. I recommend this practice for all those who are dealing with diabetes.
