Every time I come everyone is very friendly. I have a three year-old and I also have an eight year-old boy. This visit was for my eight year-old and they spoke to him and asked him the questions to allow him to talk about his own health. And then I was able to but in as needed lol and confirm or deny some of the things that were being asked. They always treat us so kindly and act not just about the patient that's being seen but about the whole entire family. Dr. Parbhu is the best and so are the nurses at this location. Today we were first seen by Celia who was very friendly, very nice, and and set the tone for a pleasant visit right from the start.

We always have a wonderful experience with Dr. Parbhu. She is fantastic and communicates so well with my daughter, making her feel comfortable and at ease. The nurse was also incredibly kind and communicative, helping prepare my daughter for her shots and explaining everything in a way she could understand. We truly appreciate the care and patience shown by the entire team.

Dr. Prabhu listens to the patient and she gives good suggestions and she does not rush to give antibiotics or any medicine. She handles the situation based on how it looks per day. Even if I have to go back to her again and again, I'm fine with it as long as she's not reaching conclusions without evidence. So that is the best part about Dr. Prabhu, that she analyzes and identifies if it really needs treatment or just needs to be watched.
