I think the AI dictation is a great step forward for WellStar. Very accurately interpreted the interactions in the visit and did seem to allow a more personalized visit with less computer clicks. Thank you to the lab staff as well. The young man who drew my blood was as very kind and did a great job drawing my blood (sorry I did not get his name).
