I was a bit disappointed when I went to the checkout counter. The girl who normally sits there had evidently gone to the restroom. There were three other ladies in the room, and none of them bothered to acknowledge my presence. One was busy on her computer, one was playing with her cell phone, and the other was getting something to eat. I just felt like it was very rude. Any of them could have just said "she'll be right back" or anything.

I have to say that Barbara Huff was a very thorough nurse. She took the time to listen and made recommendations for my problem I definitely want to go back and see her. She is the only one that I think is getting to the roof of my condition because of her at this point I'm staying at Wellstar.

Very disappointed with the lab. I was there around 2:20 and the lab was closed. The lady stated to me she was short staffed and had to close the lab. I had fasted all day and had to go to the hospital for my labs. Not very good customer service!! Every thing else was great

Lab technician was rude. She was annoyed because she was working alone - stopped taking patients at 11:25 because she was going to lunch. I was told to go to the hospital for a simple blood draw. If she had any ounce of professionalism, she would take her lunch when the last patient was taken care of. When booking appointments online, patients should be able to see what time slots are dedicated for physicals. Four days before my appointment, I received a call that my appointment time had to be changed to accommodate the physical.
