Lab technician was rude. She was annoyed because she was working alone - stopped taking patients at 11:25 because she was going to lunch. I was told to go to the hospital for a simple blood draw. If she had any ounce of professionalism, she would take her lunch when the last patient was taken care of. When booking appointments online, patients should be able to see what time slots are dedicated for physicals. Four days before my appointment, I received a call that my appointment time had to be changed to accommodate the physical.

I had a very positive experience front the employee who registered me to the Nurse practitioner. I always choose doctors over nurse practitioners but with Mrs Barbara Huff it was a treat. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, she addressed everything, she listened to me, I did not feel she was rushing, she is very caring, explained everything to me. It was because of her I took the flu vaccine. I would do anything she said because I felt she cared!
