Well, I was told I had wax in my ear, but nobody said anything about how to keep the wax from going in my ear or how to take it out. There was no explanation at all about any of it except for the hearing test. That turned out to be good and excellent with explanation. But the other part of it, nothing, no nothing. Yes, enjoyed coming to this office. It was easy to maneuver around. Everyone was on the same page, and the doctor was very professional and listened to what I had to say, and I was able to understand what she was saying, and we went over a good care plan.

I think Barbara should get a huge raise. Every time I have a hearing aid problem (about every 6 months), she has me hearing again and back to normal minutes. What a blessing after struggling to hear!
