Well, I was told I had wax in my ear, but nobody said anything about how to keep the wax from going in my ear or how to take it out. There was no explanation at all about any of it except for the hearing test. That turned out to be good and excellent with explanation. But the other part of it, nothing, no nothing. Just took the wax out. See you later. Have a good day. That's all. Bye. Thanks.
