We saw nurse Arm Ross, I think was her name, and she was absolutely phenomenal. She is made to help out kids. It was amazing. The nurse, on the other hand, was not rude per se, but she was very forceful and rough. And she said that it was perfectly okay that our child was upset and crying and we completely and utterly, utterly disagree with that. And she also did not give any sort of countdown or anything. She just shoved the shot into her leg and it made me very upset. So I think the every nurse there, because this is the second time that this has happened, and I think the nurses there just need to be told how to handle kids.

The provider that my son saw, her name was Autumn, she was amazing. Probably the best children's doctor that I've ever seen. She was very nice to him, patient with him, allowed him to talk, and she waited so he could get everything out and whatnot. It was just, she was amazing. The nurse that took his vitals on the other hand was incredibly stern and she kept telling him that he needed to be extra still, extra quiet, and he was trying to ask her questions and she was just telling him to hush, basically. Not saying hush, but she was telling him, you need to be quiet. You need to be quiet.
