Didn't see the doctor, waited 40 minutes past my appointment time had to leave. Had to be at work before 10:00.

I was so thrilled with my experience at this Wellstar primary care. To start with, I got an appointment almost immediately upon calling--that was a shock. Then, the office was super close to my house and my pharmacy in a very convenient location. When I got there they had several patients in line but it was very well-staffed. I was checked in immediately and seen at exactly my appointment time--no later! Everyone I spoke with--reception, the nurse, and the doctor--was kind and patient and I felt like they really cared about my health. I was so impressed. My last PCP (not with Wellstar) was shilling weight loss supplements in his waiting room, never had any appointments, and did not take me or my problems seriously. This visit truly was a breath of fresh air and it is why I really love the Wellstar healthcare system. Everything was so easy and so professional.

Yeah, my only thing, I had a great doctor visit, love Dr. Datta. My only thing, I got there at 10:15 and I didn't see the doctor until an hour later. I think that's a little bit too long to keep a patient waiting for a physical or any treatment, actually. That was my only complaint. Other than that, the visit was great.
