The scheduler in this practice was nice and warm and professional. I had the surgery. I never talked with the physician before the surgery. I got no follow-up call. I call for a follow-up. And my follow-up appointment, I still didn't see the physician.

Yes, I didn't like checking in, asked too many questions for being the same patient every time you check in to come into the office. I was really satisfied with the practitioner nurse that worked with me and helped me. I mean, she provided all my answers I needed to know, and I'm satisfied. I have no problem. Just checking in, I think they ask too many questions. I have no problem with paying, but to try to identify me as I got prove every time I come in, I should be in a system by now. They should know my address. They should know all these things.
