Dr. Bukhari is a very good listener and he asked all relevant questions for my visit. Having been the first time seeing him, he reviewed my chart thoroughly. Very impressed. His nursing assistant was very friendly and kind.

Yes, my doctor and the nurses were all great. The only problem is I was supposed to get a follow-up call by today and I did not receive that to tell me when my colonoscopy is scheduled. So I have to call tomorrow, but I was told I should hear by today and I did not hear back. So the follow-up wasn't what I expected.

The assistant who took my weight and led me to a room was inattentive and rude. She never introduced herself, never made eye contact and was somewhat aggressive when asking questions when I didn't under what she was asking me. Then she asked if there was something wrong, I said yes, and told her about her being more concerned about getting back to the drug rep she let in at the same time as me and about not being engaged with me. I asked her name and she said it was Constance but I never saw her name tag. She said ok and left the room with no explanation. Another assistant then entered and she was perfect, smiling and interacting with me as she took my vitals. Her name was Ikea. I use Wellstar doctors and services all the time and am always happy with them and recommend them but this woman was terrible at her job and acted like I was an imposition on her time.

Dr. Bukhari was very engaging, informative, patient. He took his time to explain everything very well, answered all of my questions and delivered, I think in my estimation anyway, excellent care. The support staff, I don't remember everybody's name, but Constance, was the nurse or person who brought me into the room, and also escorted me out. She brought me water. She was very kind. She was just really a delight to interact with, as well as the young lady sitting at the desk whose name I didn't catch, but everybody in the office were just superb. Thank you so much.

The scheduler wasted my time and $50. I was referred for a routine colonoscopy and the scheduler refused to put me on the calendar without a consult. I came in for the consult and the doctor apologized for wasting my time and money, and they walked me back to schedule the colonoscopy. Terrible service, wasted several hours and significant money.
