And since then, I've received multiple messages from various providers who examined the various blood tests and provided extremely detailed results and supporting information. The registration process coming into the building was quite confusing and the upfront people guiding patients were not very friendly. They almost treated me like I was doing something wrong instead of explaining what was going on. Once I got into the "holding" area the folks were very nice. I just didn't understand why I had to wait in this crowded room and be late for my appointment. It all worked out but was a strange set up!
