The registration process coming into the building was quite confusing and the upfront people guiding patients were not very friendly. They almost treated me like I was doing something wrong instead of explaining what was going on. Once I got into the "holding" area the folks were very nice. I just didn't understand why I had to wait in this crowded room and be late for my appointment. It all worked out but was a strange set up!

The experience was pretty pleasant. However, the doctor had given the nurse, and she was excellent. The nurses were excellent. And the doctor gave her the chart, I guess, to do blood tests. So they took about a vial. And then she asked them to go back in there and take more vials. And I wasn't prepared. And they took it and made me, when I got up, I got a little dizzy. but the nurses were very accommodating. But what I did not like about the provider, I told her that I wasn't quite sure if my insurance will cover the MRI and do not schedule me until I find out if my insurance will cover it. Well, she went ahead and asked and go ahead and schedule me anyway. I didn't think that was good. And I've been trying to get on the phone. I've been trying to call several other places.
