We just recently moved here six months ago and been going to several different systems where it didn't seem like we were listened to or regarded. This was the first time that we went and we actually had hope, felt good about our care, felt like we were valued, that we were listened to and that we were actually individuals. The experience I had with WellSTAR was actually superb. My provider for hematology regarding my blood because I have low platelets, I was extremely impressed because she carried, she informed me of a lot of things that I wasn't aware of and set a follow-up after the blood work to come in and to review any issues that may have occurred. She had very good bedside manner. I am thoroughly, thoroughly impressed and definitely will recommend my provider to family and friends as well as the staff there was really, really informative where things that I needed to find as far as locations of the restroom where the doctor's office was and excuse me, the bedside manner.

I would just like to have a more broad answer to what I have going on with me as opposed to making appointment after appointment and doing more and more blood tests because I don't have insurance and I would prefer getting everything done in a timely manner because I just, it's the bills and the curiosity and the worry and the stress not knowing really pinpointing what's going on with me. So it would be better and easier for me and I would enjoy my health care a lot more if I knew more answers quicker and not have to pay thousands of dollars to just leave the office still confused about what's going on. Thank you very much.
