She helped me with questions and she gives me answers that I can trust and I feel as though I can appreciate. And so far, she has been honest with me and I am satisfied with her work as far as helping me. And I hate to see today that she has to leave to be transferred somewhere else because her time has expired there. And I would also like to say that I hope she can stay a little longer because I'm probably going to end up with a doctor who is not as caring as she is since I had her.

After my appointment, I was sent to the up stairs lab to get my bloodwork and urine sample. They drew my blood and then sent me to the restroom to get the urine sample. By the time I came out of the restroom(less than 10 mins later), it was dark. The doors were closed. Everyone, except one person, had left for the day. I had to knock on the door multiple times. The one person that was left seemed startled and as if she didn't know what to do. Her response was that everyone had already left. After standing there for a minute, with the urine sample in my hand; like okay, so where do we go from here. She then said, I'll just take it and put it in the refrigerator until they get back in the morning. The thing is, the urine sample didn't have my name on it nor did she ask who I was.
