So the back office staff was incredibly kind, very thorough, very upfront and asked 10,000 questions, which I know that's just a procedure. But I really appreciated that. And then the doctor himself was very, very personable, which is important to me. I really liked him. And I would recommend him for anybody that needs a gastro person. He was very kind, very, he listened to me, stories, probably stories he didn't even want to know, but he did listen to me. But he is very patient and I felt completely comfortable with him.

The medication list that was provided to me was different from what Dr had said at office visit. I asked for clarification from nurse and info was changed but not changed on medication instructions listed. I missed several days of the medication that was not listed on the discharge list of medication instructions. Hopefully now I am taking the correct doses and medications that Dr indicated. This is not satisfactory.

I want this practice to know that I'm also a WellStar employee, and I felt extremely welcome from the minute I walked in the door, from the person that checked me in to the nurse that took me back. She was so very sweet. And the doctor was amazing. I would recommend him to anybody. It was my first appointment, and he made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, like I had been seeing him for years. The person that scheduled my procedure at the very end was also very pleasant. So I would rate this practice a 10 all the way. Great job, guys.
