This was one of the best experiences I have had at a primary care doctor in a very long time. Everybody was professional, kept to a good schedule, and I felt they genuinely cared about my well-being.

The issue I went for required me to get a stool kit. They didn't have one. So I had to go to the Avalon to get it. Went to the avalon location where it was the porter who helped me (who was an absolutely wonderful credit to Wellstar - she went above and beyond). Unfortunately, lab services were completely unhelpful and said they were out of stool kits. No further direction was given. I return home. Message my original practitioner. Receive a timely response however, I was told that they should have given me me one or told me when they would have it in stock. OK, thanks for that info now what? I reply to the message and say I will call them back (to be honest, it's really not my job to organise wellstar medical supplies). The response was "OK, let us know how it goes" As a corporation, do you think k I should be satisfied with this level of service???
