Yes, the location is very welcoming to the customer. Dr. Koganti did an excellent job in bringing up the issues that had to affect the patient, my son. She did express very clearly the role, the information, the responses, and referred to for follow-up, the medical follow-up and doctor. And everything was clear. We trust her judgment and her information was welcoming in all the aspects of the visit. We were very appreciative of how it was handled and how she performs a true professional. Thank you.
