I later received my ECG test results via MyChart. It noted that my ECG was abnormal, giving what to me sounded like not-so-great details. This abnormality was not mentioned to me at my appointment. Perhaps it can be explained as April needing to later confirm the results with a doctor. Otherwise I was very impressed by, and please with, April as my caregiver.

I was able to get an appointment the same day because of a UTI infection, and I saw April. She was wonderful. She understood everything. She immediately got me taken care of, and I got my medicine, and I would highly recommend her. I will definitely go back her when I can't get to see Dr. Albano. Thank you.

She was well-prepared and new all details of my health that would affect drug treatment choices(eg allergies, effect on my existing glaucoma & medications.for it, existing swelling of legs & diuretic prescribed for it). She thoroughly explained her diagnosis & planned treatment. She was extremely kind, thoughtful, & empathetic throughout my visit. It doesn't get better than this.....all anyone could ask for.

I don't feel the provider spoke with me enough about the medicines that she wanted me to take. She ended up ordering four medications of which three of them, I'm not taking one. I'm not taking, I did not accept it because I have another doctor who is regulating that medication, two others. We didn't really discuss the effect of it. And I'm not, I decided not to take it. And I don't think she fully realized what was going on with my health, particularly associated with the chronic kidney disease and how that's impacted by various medications.
