Yes, I felt like she listened very carefully and patiently. However, there were a few things that I don't think I asked right and I really needed more written instruction because I simply wasn't thinking normally after my hospitalization. But thank you. She was very helpful and I felt at ease with her.

Dr. Bush's gives excellent care and so is April NP... all of the nurses are so kind every time I am in the office and that includes the front desk also.. I have recommended Dr. Bush to a few of my friends... Hope they transfer to him..

The initial pain relief injection did not last as long as they thought it would. The secondary pain relief option only partially works. I have notified the office and asked for imaging to be scheduled so there is more information as to what caused this situation. I've had no callback yet and very little sleep for about 7 days. Everyone in the office was very nice.

Dr. Cantwell's PA's are terrific and so are the nurses. This was the second time in a week I had an appointment. The first was a check and the second was because I was sick. I saw 2 different PA's and nurses. All 4 were excellent and caring.

April did an excellent job going through all of my blood work, all of the things that I had a question about, and she was very thorough. I really enjoyed her. She has a wonderful personality. But if I needed to come again, I would gladly go to April. She's really good.

The NP I believe forgot about me as they were 45 minutes late and when I looked for them I noticed all of the other patient rooms were empty. When I asked the front when I would expect to see them they came within 3 minutes which tells me they weren't with another patient/had a free schedule.
