The receptionist failed to check me in. I waited over an hour and went up to check in the process. Was told I had not been checked in at all even though I had signed in upon arrival. I was livid. I ended up returning to my home after 5 pm. It created a problem with my transportation. They leave work at 4:30. The staff where I live even tried to call the office number to find out if I was okay. I ended up getting my ride, but the whole day was ruined.
