This is a flagstaff office location for Wellstar. As soon as you entered into the office you are immediately directed to one of the very courteous and welcoming staff members for the checked in process. While waiting to be called I heard every member of this check in staff being polite and welcoming to every patient who walked into this office. Also, explaining in depth the estimated payment for the visit along with the different options for payment. Though this level of engagement seems to be the normal expectations of the general public it's unfortunate that this seldom becomes the case in most of today's face to face interactions. If this had been my first visit to this office my impression just based on this check I'm process would have been very impressionable. This is a tough job dealing with various patient personalities all day long but really set a positive vibe for my visit today. Great job and kudos to the front desk staff and management for creating a welcoming environment for the patients.
