I would have liked to have had more information on directions to the office. After parking at the top level, dragging out my walker, etc. I found out I was at the wrong place. I ended up repacking everything and driving around to the lower level. It appeared that my records were not in the system after having an appt for several months. I had even called prior to my appt date to check on them. Dr Patel was extremely nice and professional as was Dr Kurl. I felt like Dr Kurl listened to me and I never once felt pushed or hurried. I appreciated that very much. I also appreciated that Dr Kurl responded so quickly about my bloodwork. I'm looking forwarded to working with her and her staff to finding some answers to the problems I have been having and hopefully feeling better.
