Dr Anthony Smith has been my doctor for 57 years and I trust him with my medical care as I trusted him with my husband's medical care. He saved his life from an awful septic infection. He passed away 4 years later from a glioblastoma.

Front office staff handled information, on record which was wrong on the computer, for my visit, with class. Their was no record on file that this was a workmen's compensation visit, despite my professional relationship with Dr. Smith being that way always for around the past seven years. A claim number waz provided, along with the insurer's organization name for my visit. Please place Dr. Smith's taxpayer identification number on any and all bills so he gets paid. Thank you.

Wish my doctor of over twenty years was more alert to prescribing meds and treatment with caution as how these would affect ongoing medical problems before prescribing. Example: iron tabs prescribed that caused severe problems to IBS and kidneys
