Everyone was incredibly accommodating and helpful, attending to me to ensure that this situation wasn't serious and if it was, making sure that I get the necessary care I needed. During my follow-up appointment, I was truly moved by the thoroughness of the team in checking on me to ensure I was doing okay. My doctor showed great concern, taking the time to listen to my thoughts about the experience and other issues I was dealing with. They helped me understand my health situation and suggested the next steps to take. Thank you all for your exceptional service and dedication to ensuring my well-being. When I arrived for my appointment today, the lady said, OK, step up and we'll help you. So I did, and then I waited probably about five minutes. And then I went back to be weighed. And the nurses was extremely nice, which they always are. And then after they took my blood pressure and all that, took me to the room and then talked with me for a while. Very, very nice. And finally, when Dr. Smith came, I had some more patience, but he came to me next and I was very excited because he is so understanding. And when he comes in to check on you, he checks everything and he makes sure that you understand everything that he's talking about. Because today he checked my A1C and it was very nice. He let me know today right after they took it so I wouldn't go home and worry about it.
