I don't believe better care exists. My Primary Doctor has changed and is continuing to change my life. When I became his patient 3 years ago, I quickly realized that he is a very smart and great doctor. I have also recognized that he is AMAZING. I have Medicare and the insurance companies teach that I am responsible for my own health. To me, this means that the providers are there to help and provide care through instruction, medication, lab result, etc. The providers are well trained in determining the problem and with science, biology, new technology, highly sophisticated machinery,etc and proceed with care. Dr Berardi and I work very well together. I know he's not God, yet, he has changed my life. I just celebrated my 70th birthday and due to excellent care, I am going to live my life to the fullest. I was beginning to think the rest my life was going to be a life of pain and suffering through several conditions. I've never been married, no kids, and I have no family. They have all passed and I'm still here. It's not impossible for me to enjoy the end of my life to the fullest. Dr Berardi is making this happen for me step by step. With his guidance, I have lost 131 pounds with an A1C of 5.2! I feel so much better!!!

The customer service was impeccable and I mean from me being checked in at Family Medicine to me being called back to having my vitals taken and my weight done by the patient care tech, being taken to my room, the wait was short. When the doctor came in, he was very informed. He's been my doctor for some time. He was very courteous and polite, had a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend him to someone else. He's very informative and knowledgeable about the things I asked him. And the one thing I asked him that he was not sure about, he went out and came back with literature about to make sure that I was as informed as I needed to be. I would highly recommend Dr. Berardi to someone else.

I am blessed to have Dr Berardi as my Primary. He is so very smart! My health is better because of his guidance. When issues have come up, he's had suggestions that actually worked. He has made a believer out of me. I trust him. During this visit, I had pain on my entire right side from a fall and after treatments I've been taught to use for pain didn't work, I needed help. Dr Berardi couldn't give me any pain meds or a pain shot because this would be detrimental to my Chronic Kidney Disease. However, he changed my muscle relaxer which gave me considerable relief. He also sent me to Imaging 1 for x-rays that revealed an increase in the severity of my Arthritis. I use the Portal to communicate with Dr Berardi and his staff. This is an excellent tool for me because I feel connected as opposed to feeling all alone and not knowing. Finally, Dr Berardi doesn't rush me out the door. Towards the end of every visit, he makes sure we have covered everything we need to and he reiterates the list of instructions for me.
