Mia is the lady who drew my blood. I'm very scared and anxious when I have to have bloodwork due to my history of blood issues. Mia was also amazing and kind and caring. I did not feel anything and could not tell when she finished, that's how good she was. Thank you

I arrived at 6:40 to be there at the requested 6:45 time. Elevator would not go to 3rd floor. Sign says the elevator service to 3rd floor starts at 7:15; why do you make 7:00 appointments with 6:45 arrival times when elevators don't deliver until 7:15? Very frustrating way to start the day! This, amongst numerous other things, makes me wonder about the whole operation of your business.
