I do not understand why I had to come back 1 week later because I asked for a rx for monjaro and telling me we can't do that is not an answer. Is this a WellStar policy or the Dr's decision Please explain this to me because having to pay for an additional appointment seems unfair

Ansley was absolutely 100% professional, caring, shared my enthusiasm about success, was a great diagnostician, got back to me right away with test results, then gave me a very clear understanding of the results and what those results meant. I absolutely feel as though she was superb in every way. Thank you.

Everyone that I came into contact with was very nice and professional with the exception of one person. The lab technician who drew blood was very unprofessional. She told me how much better things were during the Obama administration and how chaotic things were now. I didn't invite this topic nor did I talk about my political beliefs. In addition to her thoughts on that subject, she told me how her manager didn't approve of her red hair and that she had to change it to a more professional color. I asked her if her manager had a problem with the many earrings in each ear. I don't really care how many she had. I just thought that she was very inappropriate to mention her political beliefs and her manager issues to me.
