The updated facility looks great and everything seemed more organized and efficient. I didn't have to wait at all - even for the lab. I enjoyed getting to meet Ansley and her supporting intake associate. They listened and were super approachable. Dr. Albano should be proud to have them on his team!

My PA today was Ansley. She was amazing and listened to all my concerns. She answered all my questions and did not rush through the visit. She was knowledgeable and very professional. Mia is the lady who drew my blood. I'm very scared and anxious when I have to have bloodwork due to my history of blood issues. Mia was also amazing and kind and caring. I did not feel anything and could not tell when she finished, that's how good she was. Thank you

I arrived at 6:40 to be there at the requested 6:45 time. Elevator would not go to 3rd floor. Sign says the elevator service to 3rd floor starts at 7:15; why do you make 7:00 appointments with 6:45 arrival times when elevators don't deliver until 7:15? Very frustrating way to start the day! This, amongst numerous other things, makes me wonder about the whole operation of your business.

I was surprised that information I had provided prior to the checkup via the website was asked for again during the visit. This included photos of my insurance cards and list or current medications.
