Overall, the provider was professional during our interaction and attentive to my concerns. I was satisfied with the tests ordered and the referral for an endoscopy. However, I did not receive any verbal or written instructions on how to properly initiate a gluten challenge. Despite expressing my concerns about reintroducing gluten after avoiding it for nearly three years, and my worries about potential symptoms, I felt there was a lack of clear guidance on how to start this process and how to manage symptoms once gluten is reintroduced. Providing specific instructions and symptom management strategies would have been very helpful.

I expressed to the whole staff how amazing the staff was and just a relaxing trustworthy atmosphere. From the front desk clerks, doctor, nurse, appointment clerk, and nurses at the labs everybody was awesome. I'm not good with names so I can't name them. To Anshika Khare, MD and staff please keep up the great work. It is not unnoticeable. One of the first appointments where I can stay the whole staff was awesome. I am a retired vet so I know a family when I see one. Job well done!!!!
