The lady that took us back was not personable at all. I'm not sure of her position whether nurse or assistant however she didn't smile or engage in conversation with us while taking my husband's vitals and updating his medication list. Maybe she was having personal issues. We were very pleased with Ania Bateman but will warn friends and family of the staff.

They were extremely kind and they listened to everything I said and they felt that I did need to go down to the emergency room, which I did on their advice and I found that very helpful because at least I'm finally starting to find out some answers to the issues I'm having and I really appreciate them that they took the time to talk to me and find out what was going on with me and they directed me to the emergency room at the hospital, which is very helpful because now I hopefully have a plan to see if I can start somehow getting better. So they did listen to me and I went to the emergency room. They were very kind and listened to all my symptoms that I was having. Thank you so much.
