I felt the reception room was cool even with a heavy sweater on. Maybe no one else was bothered by the coolness. The reception is small and most of the patients had someone with them. Apologies were offered for the long wait and offered water, coffee and cookies. The front office staff was nice enough to bring out a couple of extra chairs.
