The only problem we had was no one answered the phone. I called numerous times, kept getting the voicemail. I'm not sure what the problem was, but it could be the people that were working at the desk. That's the only problem I seem to have had with this practice. Otherwise, things went very well.

Long wait time. Waiting area cramped. Everyone was very nice. I really feel like the doctor really listened to me. She was very easy to talk to. Staff offered drinks and snacks to help with the wait times. They kept everyone aware of the time delays.
