I had a tree experience with this provider. I showed up to my appointment and was charged over 170 dollars just for my provider to not be there. I understand emergencies happen but when she did show up she showed no concerns about being late. It took an additional hour for me to get my appointment. Once I did get my appointment my experience got worse. I was not listened to at all and she would laugh randomly while I was telling her my concerns. She eventually told me to take a medicine that I had taken before and had a terrible reaction to it. She told me I could either take that medicine that I'm allergic to or do nothing. She left should no concern about anything and I left feeling like I will never step a foot in that office ever again. I need some of my money back. I paid over 170 dollars just for her to sit across the room and say that to me. She also had a student PA with her who showed more concern than she did. This was terrible and I refuse to go there ever again.
