Hi, good morning. I absolutely love Dr. Van Alstine. He has been my doctor for 15 years or more and he is fantastic. What I don't like is since his practice has been purchased by WellStar, it is not the same. The staff is not the same. Your billing process is not the same. You charge differently and that's frustration. Even this call for satisfaction is different. You called at 4 o'clock this morning and woke me for this call to be a satisfaction survey. That gives me very low rankings for WellStar. Dr. Van Alstine is great. My problem is with the WellSTAR organization.
