The front desk workers consistently act as if you are an inconvenience to them. Why they feel the need to take personal phone calls while checking patients in and out is beyond me. I stood in front of the front desk for a solid minute while one worker was on her phone and did not look at me once. The other worker who was with a patient motioned me to walk closer to the desk so I did. The aforementioned worker then took another 30 seconds to acknowledge my presence. It is not difficult to be kind to people and act as if they matter, especially people who are more than likely there for a health issue. Scold these people and reprimand them for poor customer service. If they were my employees they would know not to act this way and to treat all patients as customers who deserve the utmost respect and attention.
