I love the doctor's office and Dr. Van Alstein is wonderful, but the checkout procedure was a little crazy because they couldn't make an appointment while somebody else was in a computer, which doesn't make sense. So I had to wait quite a long time to check out and make my next appointment.

Dr. Van Alstein is an excellent doctor. Every time I come, he takes the best of care of me and helps me out with anything I need. My only complaint I have with your organization is trying to get appointments. You have these doctors so overburdened that it's hard to get to see them when I need to see them. And you need to set things up so that they have more breathing space and that they can see the patients when the patients need to be seen. This is not the doctor's fault, this is your scheduling fault and a lack of extra people to help. Anyways, that's it. Thank you.
