Love this office and Dr VanAlstein and his assistant Kim. They're Always willing to help and very professional and friendly. I live in Aiken now but I won't change Drs offices because they are so good .

I've commented on the lack simple courtesy from this front office numerous times with no change in demeanor. They don't greet you with a simple "good morning how can I help you or good afternoon!" They just sit there staring into the computer screen waiting for you to tell them you have an appointment with whomever! Now at Piedmont it is entirely different. Really friendly and outgoing. A reflection that they care that you are in their office because you have a medical issue.
