Dr. Van Alstine is a very good doctor. He takes time to listen to your concerns and gives advice on what to do about things. His nurse, Kim, does a great job, too.

Excellent doctor. Very professional , knows how to explain what's wrong ,and needs to be corrected medically. Doesn't rush ,but takes time with you .He's number one on my chart . His nurse is very knowledgeable in what she does . She's patient ,kind ,and knows her job . Can't seem to get my next appointment at the time my Dr. wants me to return . Always a month or so later.

I love Dr Van ..he is the very best .....but ... the waiting room needs major improvements ....needs painting and updates ....front door is in terrible condition ...flowers at front door are almost dead ...very neglected entrance and unappealing .

The best thing is Dr. Vannes. He is the best doctor ever and I appreciate him. The worst thing is that MyChart, I can't schedule appointments in it. It's just a mess.

The only negative is that it is almost impossible to get to speak with anyone at the practice when you call. The front desk doesn't even answer the phones.
