Everything was great, wheelchair accessibility, especially with the wheelchairs outside waiting. Office, everything was quick. It wasn't super long and it was all convenient to get to. All the directions on the boards were really good. Even in the parking lot was really good. So, yes, I think it was really a great experience. And Dr. Middleton is very good and precise, and he's very, very good. He did a good job on me.

Dr.Middleton has been an amazing advocate and doctor to me. He has been over my care for almost 2 years and I have not had an issue. He has been upfront and honest with me and I respect that more than anything. He doesn't just look at my brain but my overall health and has shown nothing but compassion and respect

He gave me my life back after I exhausted all options before the surgery. From day one he cared and gave me other options besides skipping right to surgery. Hard to find but very appreciative. The front desk and nursing staff are all amazing also! He has the best bedside manners and really listens and makes you feel seen and heard and not one a time limit. Glad I am recovered but will miss this amazing crew.

I think the meeting with the doctor was great that we were able to get an appointment with him. However, he seemed annoyed that he was meeting with us, like we should have met with his PA first, and that wasn't an option in your appointments. So don't know what happened there.
