Hi, the doctor and his staff were in my opinion excellent!. I am wondering why it is so difficult to find offices and directions in your hospital . It seems there is a lack of signs and maps to figure out your location and the size and vastness of the whole hospital system complex really adds to the confusion . Simplicity as, much as possible might help ! just my experience

It is very hard to get appointments scheduled they scheduled me at the wrong clinic canceled without notification very problematic getting an appointment. Had to go into the clinic desk to get an appointment. Ridiculous and very rarely do calls get returned nor mychart answered. Dr Chao is great but wellstar is seriously lacking in getting call backs for concerns or appointments. Very stressful

the new $120.18 facility fee that I was charged above my $20 copay is outrageous Fee to charge people on a fixed income. I for one will not be able to afford to pay this fee every time I come to get care. So I guess I will just stop coming to see my doctor until I have to come to the emergency room.

Dr. Chao is an amazing provider. I trust him with all of my health care needs and concerns. He is an active listener with great bedside manner, and I've seen this provider for over nine years now, and he's just an amazing doctor and an all-star for the Well-Star team. I wouldn't go to anybody else unless I absolutely had to.
