You need to have your billing records updated because they tried to bill me unnecessarily. Secondly, Mychart is definitely NOT easy to navigate; not by any stretch of the imagination. I despise using the application.

I was completely impressed with my treatment at this facility. The gastroenterologist was knowledgeable, thorough, concerned about my issues which troubled me for quite awhile. I was given suggestions to work with my health issues. I felt confident that I could address my problem. I am very pleased with the staff which was professional and welcoming.

I was confused. When I made the app I was told that I would need a ride because I was going to be put under anesthesia. Turns out I didn't need a ride because I wasn't put under. I thought I was going to have my esophagus scoped but this was just a consultation and more testing before I get scoped.

I was hoping I wouldn't get the standard answer of colonoscopy for my problem and I didn't. I got caring answers and a caring plan to try some things to see if my condition improves. She will be following up next month to see my progress.

My appointment was fine, although I had to wait over an hour in the waiting room while somebody had a phone call with a Mexican person. Anyway, I was very upset about having to wait an hour.
