Was supposed to do labs and a stool sample. I needed to use lab core for my insurance purposes. Schedule an appointment to go straight to lab core to get the stool test and the labs done realized they didn't give me the actual lab order. I called, and somebody told me that my well star paperwork, that said what labs they wanted me to do on my after visit summary, you should be fine.Got to my appointment at the lab , and they said that they actually had to have the lab order which is common sense... Called from labcore, requesting the lab order to be faxed and confirmation.Once it was so I knew I could do , my tests still haven't heard from anybody.

I didn't understand the need for the appt. Andrea was lovely!!! But my colonscopy was clear and no further testing was needed. I paid $75 to have read to me what was already available in MyChart. / I wanted to cancel, but feared being rejected from office in the future. / And I see that staff is running crazy and trying to juggle 10 tasks at once. / I wish you all the best, hopefully things improve!!!
