I was confused. When I made the app I was told that I would need a ride because I was going to be put under anesthesia. Turns out I didn't need a ride because I wasn't put under. I thought I was going to have my esophagus scoped but this was just a consultation and more testing before I get scoped.

The provider, Andrea Walter, is amazing! She expresses genuine concern and listens to the patient. She's very knowledgeable and thorough and I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs GI services.

I was hoping I wouldn't get the standard answer of colonoscopy for my problem and I didn't. I got caring answers and a caring plan to try some things to see if my condition improves. She will be following up next month to see my progress.

My appointment was fine, although I had to wait over an hour in the waiting room while somebody had a phone call with a Mexican person. Anyway, I was very upset about having to wait an hour.

My appointment was 7:15, it said to be there 15 minutes early, they didn't open the doors until 7:25. Also they changed my provider the night before, which is frustrating because I had specifically waited for the provider that was recommended to me and instead I got the PA with no notice
