Upon arriving at Dr. Jillella 's office, everyone from the receptionist desk in check-in was extremely courteous and very, very knowledgeable. Once I got there, I went in for my test. Everyone back there that took, drew my blood was very, very, very knowledgeable and respectful. And once I got in the waiting room to wait for Dr. J, the people back there was very knowledgeable and respectful. And when I saw Dr. J, he was more than knowledgeable and respectful. He is one of the greatest hematologists that I have ever known and I respect him highly and I do recommend other people to that center.

I have no problem with my doctor or the staff. My problem came when they were bought out by Wellstar. My insurance didn't cover my bill because it was out of network and then I couldn't talk to anyone. I kept getting emails and texts. I recommend better communication to patients at check-in. I had to quit coming because of not being covered. Thankfully, my local oncologist does my bloodwork and it's covered. Older people need human contact and understanding.
