Dr. Jillella is my cancer doctor and has been for the last five or six years. He's one of the best doctors that I have ever been to. His staff is excellent and everybody down at the cancer center is very, they are very, very nice to me because I get an infusion down there every five to six weeks and the nurses upstairs, everything is wonderful with Dr. Jillella. and the nurses and the people at the front desk. I rate Dr. Jillella above any doctor that I have ever seen in my life.

Always been very impressed with this center even before it became WellSTAR, but it still has the high quality it did before. The staff is good. I'm always alerted on all my medical issues and they always know what's going on. And I couldn't ask for a better doctor.

I signed in at the front desk and waited for over 30 minutes went to the desk and ask why my name was not called the nurse was asking me did I sign in when the nurse that was standing there saw me sign in I was confused she apologized but then I saw text on my phone about we are waiting for you your appointment is scheduled for 9am your arrival time was suppose to be 8:30am I was there at 8:25am so that was not not my fault they were having some kind of crisis with another nurse she was crying it was alot going on
