I waited an hour in exam room. It was extremely cold in there, so I opened door to hallway to warm up. After a short time, I saw Dr Jillella in hall. He saw me and said he was running behind. After another half hour, a nurse practitioner came in my room to ask me questions for him. She went back to update him. After another 20 minutes, she came back to tell me he is changing my maintenance chemo. I asked her why & she said it's more convenient for patients. I already had maintenance plan through my oncologist's office. I never spoke to Dr Jillella myself. If there was an emergency, I understand him running late, but he continued to walk halls with entourage of students. In this case, I feel like cancer patients are a priority, not students. Nurse said he would contact my oncologist, & I'm wondering if he took time to do that, since I haven't heard yet. Very disappointing visit which leaves me with many questions. I will wait till next week & contact my oncologist to see if he got recommendation.

Dr. Jillella and his team have been taking care of me and my multiple myeloma cancer since 2004. And I am extremely pleased. I was so pleased with Dr. Jillella that when he took a brief detour to Emery, I went there as well in order to stay with him. Now, as far as WellSTAR, it would be great if you're going to check in online, that's it. But it's very redundant to check in online. Then when you get there, you got to answer the same questions all over again checking in. That's totally unnecessary. And then once you confirm, you get 50 text messages asking you to confirm again. If you've confirmed and admitted that you're going and you know it's on your calendar in the subject, that's too much, too redundant. But again, Dr. Jillella and his team.

Check in and check out process is terrible downstairs at the cancer center. Upstairs wait times are next to nothing. Wait times for just checking in is 20-60 minutes every time. Then another 20-50 minutes to check out. (That's even after checking in through mychart)

Dr. Jillella is an excellent doctor. He paid close attention to what I was saying. I think he's excellent at asking questions of his patients. He took the time to listen, and I loved that. I also loved the interpreter-very clear and precise-but I definitely loved the doctor.

Yeah, initially the doctor came in and didn't have my file, left, read the file, came back in without the file and said that everything looked great. My blood, as far as his opinion, was in great shape. But I just felt as though he didn't really care to see me this day. He had seen me before and I just felt as though me being there was somewhat of a redundancy and that wasn't really what I was looking for. I have cancer and I'd like a little bit of positive, accurate feedback. Anyway, thank you.

The young ladies in the lab are pretty much rude. Every single time the lab provides are rude however Every one else I'd excellent. This is a Cancer center yiu would think the people in the lab would be polite however they are so rude.

This hospital has the best techs that take the blood samples. I rarely feel the needles. Everyone is very professional and Dr. Jillella is the best!

Dr. Jillella is an excellent doctor. He paid close attention to what I was saying. I think he's excellent at asking questions of his patients. He took the time to listen, and I loved that. I also loved the interpreter-very clear and precise-but I definitely loved the doctor.

Check in and check out process is terrible downstairs at the cancer center. Upstairs wait times are next to nothing. Wait times for just checking in is 20-60 minutes every time. Then another 20-50 minutes to check out. (That's even after checking in through mychart)
