The front desk staff and the checkout staff were excellent, very nice, well-spoken, very knowledgeable, and all the way around just kind, which makes a big difference in a visit when you have a staff in that's polite and nice and that listens pretty much. Thank you.

I feel like Dr Hirani is either over-worked or just doesn't really care. He was not prepared for my last two visits, as he clearly had not even reviewed my history. He is a poor representative for Wellstar, in my opinion.

The doctor was wonderful. I will choose him as my permanent pulmonologist. The assistant that received me, not so much. And I think that she needs to be better trained when she receives a person to salute first and to do what she has to do without asking do you speak English? Because not being able to pronounce the name doesn't mean that the other person is not capable to communicate in English. So that was rude. But other than that, was wonderful. Thank you.
