I've never had a provider not read the patient notes from the previous time before Walking in and just blatantly talking about something that has nothing to do with the patient. Just walking in with no clue of what she said last time And just making it up as she goes, and then wants, the patient says I've already told you all that. Then she starts to read her notes from last time. Really baffled by this appointment.

I loved all the medical staff and the new place where I was treated. They have many locations, which is very significant to me because I can choose the one closest to my home.

Was very patient, took into consideration everything I was concerned about and had answers for each question. And I definitely appreciated how I was seen in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

When I walked into the urgent care, I wasn't for sure if I wanted to see urgent care or primary care. The people at the front desk took time out to look and explain to me which one I would be the most out of pocket. And I really appreciate that, you know, because I would have paid more than I intended to pay that day. It did not take me long to get back to see a provider, seeing as I did walk in. When I got back, I did not feel rushed. I felt like she genuinely cared about me and my care, and it also made me switch, you know, to that side of town. I also wanted to switch to that side of town because I stay on that side, but side of town, but I really do, it does matter about the care.
