Dr Bapat. Is awesome really cares about his patients. Great guy Also Dee was awesome in the lab today for blood test. She was super busy but you would never know by her awesome attitude and friendly smile. 10 points to her too ?

I felt rushed by both the nurse and the doctor. The biggest interest of my care was a recommendation to get me over a colleague electrophysiologist to get my ICD monitored and counseled for an ablation procedure for my AFIB. All this means additional fees seeing two specialists and I already pay enough. Monitoring my ICD implant was handled in office at my old cardiologists but I also have a bluetooth connectable via and app type ICD and deleted the app as I would get a $200 a month monitoring fee. I don't need a Dr to review and tell me I had an AFIB episode, I know when it happens. I just do not trust physicians after the COVID debacle and what big Pharma pressures hospital systems and Doctors to prescribe or recommend that may be beholding to the hospital and hence big Pharma. The Dr said he wanted blood work done and that immediately following our office visit to go downstairs to the lab. Before I went downstairs, I checked with the person at the desk that check me in and I asked if I needed additional paperwork for the labs needed. She said no. I proceeded downstairs, completed the info requested at the lab kiosk and there was an appointment listed in there for me. I waited 40 minutes and was called back only to be told once I sat down that there was no order present in the system and I needed to call the Dr's office and ask them to send that. I did so and could only reach an answering system. I could not wait longer, nor did I want to and left after leaving a voicemail stating so. I later got a call back from the Dr office and they left a voicemail stating that I needed to fast before the bloodwork but that's not what the Dr told me so another trust issue. I will probably with my primary care from WellStar as well.

Hi, I believe your practice could improve by taking down all insurance information and making sure to tell the customer whether they're in network and what they will owe and procedures that might need to be done at the coming up visit so that there's no confusion. Because once I got to the front office with my insurance, they tried to charge me more than my benefits stated and there was some confusion there and I feel like they need to be more prepared, organized and understand the customer's insurance before the appointment begins. Thank you.

As has happened too many times before, I wasted two hours and spent over $200 out of pocket just to come in and have my vitals taken. That's it. I could have done it myself at home and emailed it in to your office. Unless I need a stress test or something that requires a visit I can't afford these appointments.

My appointment was at 7:30, but I was told to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived at 7:10, but could not get the elevator to go to the third floor until 7:15. I waited. There was no sign, but I was told about it after getting on 2 elevators that wouldn't go. Then I waited in the Blue Room for 45 minutes because the receptionist wasn't there. Finally someone else there went to the office across the hall and discovered that we could check in there. There was nothing to indicate that we should do that. After that it was only a few minutes before I was called back. That was rediculous to have to wait that long!

I felt rushed by both the nurse and the doctor. The biggest interest of my care was a recommendation to get me over a colleague electrophysiologist to get my ICD monitored and counseled for an ablation procedure for my AFIB. All this means additional fees seeing two specialists and I already pay enough. Monitoring my ICD implant was handled in office at my old cardiologists but I also have a bluetooth connectable via and app type ICD and deleted the app as I would get a $200 a month monitoring fee. I don't need a Dr to review and tell me I had an AFIB episode, I know when it happens. I just do not trust physicians after the COVID debacle and what big Pharma pressures hospital systems and Doctors to prescribe or recommend that may be beholding to the hospital and hence big Pharma. The Dr said he wanted blood work done and that immediately following our office visit to go downstairs to the lab. Before I went downstairs, I checked with the person at the desk that check me in and I asked if I needed additional paperwork for the labs needed. She said no. I proceeded downstairs, completed the info requested at the lab kiosk and there was an appointment listed in there for me. I waited 40 minutes and was called back only to be told once I sat down that there was no order present in the system and I needed to call the Dr's office and ask them to send that. I did so and could only reach an answering system. I could not wait longer, nor did I want to and left after leaving a voicemail stating so. I later got a call back from the Dr office and they left a voicemail stating that I needed to fast before the bloodwork but that's not what the Dr told me so another trust issue. I will probably with my primary care from WellStar as well.

Dr Bapat. Is awesome really cares about his patients. Great guy Also Dee was awesome in the lab today for blood test. She was super busy but you would never know by her awesome attitude and friendly smile. 10 points to her too ?
