Dr. Bapat and Ozzie were exceptional. Check in was a bit different as I've met out of pocket max and had to prove it to the check in person (via my insurance website). That could use a bit of a touch up on soft skills.

When you asked the question, did the provider wash or sanitize their hands before or after leaving the exam room? I don't know because I was in the exam room when they came in. So when they left, I was still in the exam room, so I don't know.

This was a great visit. As I've always said, the front office staff either makes or breaks your practice! This time the two in the front office were : happy! welcoming, friendly, curteous and the rest followed. The doc and his RN are the best!!
