I arrived 25min early as advised for the visit. I checked in and paid my co-pay. I then sat for nearly an hour which was 25min past my appointment time. Another patient came in and stated they were seeing the same doctor I was seeing and they immediately got shown back. I was confused by this and asked the front desk what's going on. They apparently forgot to check me in fully despite charging me for my co-pay. Thankfully the doctor was still able to see me, but I had to wait for the people that showed up after me for their appointment to end making me wait another 25-30min to see the doctor. I lost nearly two hours of my time to what was supposed to be a 15-30min visit.

The doctor, the neurologist that I had visit was completely fine. However, the issue that I did take at the time of my appointment was when I was scheduled to arrive, I was scheduled to be there at 2. I made it in at exactly 2:15. One of the medical assistants began to check me in five or six minutes into the check-in once it reached about between 2:20 and 2:25. The other medical assistant went to the one who was checking me in and advised them that I was behind and that I was late. I didn't have a problem with being late, but I did explain to them that it was very important, that I did still get there within the 15-minute grace period, and that it was very important that I see the neurologist as my work accommodations were arriving on his final decision.

Yes, Dr. Kheder and his staff treated me well. The nurses were well. The front desk was nice and the facility at Woodstock was very clean and very welcoming, unlike the facility at Marietta. I will prefer to go to the Woodstock facility from now on. The team at the front desk at Marietta is not good, but the team at Woodstock was awesome. Thank you.

Dr. Kheder is a great provider and I'm kind of shocked that he's actually with your practice. WellStar is horrible. I've had nothing but bad experiences with WellStar. Your reviews stay the same. Your customer service is horrific. They're very nasty. They don't answer phones. Then they put you on hold for hours to come back to put you on hold again to just hang up in your face. You have people's lives in your care and you should take them very seriously, more respectfully, and be more empathetic and professional about the things that you do because your practice is horrible and I wouldn't recommend a dog there.

Overall, I feel like the care that I received from Dr. Kheder was informative and he let me, the patient, lead the conversation. I feel comfortable putting my health under his responsibility. I do feel like the biggest issue I have with the practice is communication. It is impossible to reach the practice over the phone as the phone line is, it does not ring. Messages rarely go through in a timely manner. And so I feel like if that was improved, my overall experience would be improved.

I don't think my problem was addressed thoroughly. I have a, I got a traumatic brain injury and I was supposed to be looked at for my neck because based on the results of the MRI, I have an injury to my neck and I have been, the headaches have not subsided and it causes me to be very debilitated sometimes during the day. And I think apart from just my head, my neck, because apparently there is some, there is some real trauma that happened to my neck, it was not evaluated adequately and I need some more attention.

I was very nervous for my first appointment. The front office was very nice. The assistant nurse that took us to the room was so gentle so sweet. Then when Dr Ammar Kheder came in he was so caring and gentle with me. He explain everything to me step by step what he wanted to do. I look forward to to my next appointment. Scheduling the appointment was extremely difficult and it took over four calls to call to get an appointment scheduled. Additionally, each call I would have to wait 35 to 45 minutes to get someone on the phone and the person that scheduled the original appointment was extremely rude.

I was very nervous for my first appointment. The front office was very nice. The assistant nurse that took us to the room was so gentle so sweet. Then when Dr Ammar Kheder came in he was so caring and gentle with me. He explain everything to me step by step what he wanted to do. I look forward to to my next appointment. Overall, I feel like the care that I received from Dr. Kheder was informative and he let me, the patient, lead the conversation. I feel comfortable putting my health under his responsibility. I do feel like the biggest issue I have with the practice is communication. It is impossible to reach the practice over the phone as the phone line is, it does not ring. Messages rarely go through in a timely manner. And so I feel like if that was improved, my overall experience would be improved.

I don't think my problem was addressed thoroughly. I have a, I got a traumatic brain injury and I was supposed to be looked at for my neck because based on the results of the MRI, I have an injury to my neck and I have been, the headaches have not subsided and it causes me to be very debilitated sometimes during the day. And I think apart from just my head, my neck, because apparently there is some, there is some real trauma that happened to my neck, it was not evaluated adequately and I need some more attention.

The office is terribly understaffed. The checkout counter was 10 patients deep as we went to checkout of the appointment. The check in lady was incredibly confused during the process and was receiving constant directions from her coworker

Dr. Kheder is a great provider and I'm kind of shocked that he's actually with your practice. WellStar is horrible. I've had nothing but bad experiences with WellStar. Your reviews stay the same. Your customer service is horrific. They're very nasty. They don't answer phones. Then they put you on hold for hours to come back to put you on hold again to just hang up in your face. You have people's lives in your care and you should take them very seriously, more respectfully, and be more empathetic and professional about the things that you do because your practice is horrible and I wouldn't recommend a dog there.

Yes, Dr. Kheder and his staff treated me well. The nurses were well. The front desk was nice and the facility at Woodstock was very clean and very welcoming, unlike the facility at Marietta. I will prefer to go to the Woodstock facility from now on. The team at the front desk at Marietta is not good, but the team at Woodstock was awesome. Thank you.

The doctor, the neurologist that I had visit was completely fine. However, the issue that I did take at the time of my appointment was when I was scheduled to arrive, I was scheduled to be there at 2. I made it in at exactly 2:15. One of the medical assistants began to check me in five or six minutes into the check-in once it reached about between 2:20 and 2:25. The other medical assistant went to the one who was checking me in and advised them that I was behind and that I was late. I didn't have a problem with being late, but I did explain to them that it was very important, that I did still get there within the 15-minute grace period, and that it was very important that I see the neurologist as my work accommodations were arriving on his final decision.

I arrived 25min early as advised for the visit. I checked in and paid my co-pay. I then sat for nearly an hour which was 25min past my appointment time. Another patient came in and stated they were seeing the same doctor I was seeing and they immediately got shown back. I was confused by this and asked the front desk what's going on. They apparently forgot to check me in fully despite charging me for my co-pay. Thankfully the doctor was still able to see me, but I had to wait for the people that showed up after me for their appointment to end making me wait another 25-30min to see the doctor. I lost nearly two hours of my time to what was supposed to be a 15-30min visit.
