The practice is easy to call, get an appointment, easy at the front desk, very friendly, nice. Nurses and staff, very welcoming. And Dr. Patel is just amazing in every way. Takes her time to listen, gives great diagnosis and feedback, listens, and just overall a very caring, knowledgeable healthcare provider. And I am so grateful that we have found her.

I appreciate the flexibility and scheduling with the team to have my child seen on such short notice. I appreciate the courteous, responsive communication that the team provides. The only downside to the facility is I would like more access to screening and higher levels of care without having to go to urgent care or an outlying facility like Ackworth Health Park. Thank you.

My experience with the provider was very positive. She was very kind and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The bit of advice I'd give is that when I entered the office, I was handed a pretty large stack of papers to fill out. So if there's any way to do some of that online or through the portal or before we get into the office, it would be much appreciated, especially having young children with me. It was pretty challenging to fill out such a large amount of paperwork at the visit.
