The reason I ranked an 8 out of 10 for the overall experience is because it's just so extremely difficult to get an appointment. in a timely way, and it's not possible typically to request a certain provider in a reasonable amount of time. And that's super frustrating. I've been a patient for about 15 years. I have a 16-year-old who saw Avril Beckford for many, many years. just feel like it's changed somewhat in the last few years in terms of just the ease and ability to get appointments. But otherwise, I had a really great experience. Thanks very much.
