My experience was very good from start to finish. Scheduling the newborn visit was smooth and easy. When I arrived, the front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly-especially the woman from Long Island, New York (I didn't catch her name, but she made a great impression). The medical assistant who checked on my baby was kind and attentive, and our provider, Ami Dalsania, was excellent. I truly felt heard throughout the visit. All of my questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly, and I left feeling reassured and confident in my baby's care. Thank you for such a positive experience.
