I have seen this doctor twice and have absolutely loved her in person. However, it is very hard to get an appointment, very hard to get a call back, and very difficult to get any help through mychart. I made this virtual appointment after several failed attempts to get questions answered about my HRT prescription. After waiting an hour I called to say that I could no longer wait and got a message that the office was at lunch. I was told later that there was an emergency-which I understand, but wish someone would have let me know instead of having me wait in front of my laptop for an hour on my lunch break. I received a call wanting to reschedule and was told that the doctor was out of the office all next week, so I'd have to wait for 2 weeks until the next appointment was available. I asked for my copay back and never received a response about that nor did I receive the money back for the appointment that never happened.

When I checked in the woman at the check in desk on the 3rd floor was the first person that greeted me and she was beyond warm and friendly. The registration person was extremely caring and professional as she covered my payment with me. I am sorry that I didn't capture the names of all of the nurses that came in as I was getting prepped for surgery but I think one of them was Kate (she told me she was from Arizona) but ALL of the nurses were warm and friendly and instantly calmed my nerves about the procedure. The anesthesiologist covered her process very thoroughly and left room for me to be comfortable with asking questions. More than anything I want to give a HUGE thank you to Dr. Winley for getting me this far in the process. She listened to my concerns and presented her professional recommendation of what we needed to do. I trust her advice and I am so blessed to have her as my doctor. Dr. Nesbitt is amazing! She is so friendly and personable while also being professional. She makes you feel like more than just a patient. I never feel rushed with her, she's always answers all my questions and concerns and you can tell she geuinely cares and loves what she does (not to mention she is one of the best dressed/most put together providers out there!). Her demur and bedside manner are second to none. The whole experience was great from check in to check out. Everyone was on time and I never had to wait long. Deidre at the front was pleasant and friendly when I was checking in as were the CMAs Sarai and Marla. This practice is top notice, 10/10!

I love Dr. Nesbit as she listens and she is quite caring. It's usually the office set up that usually is a little unorganized, but friendly. There seems to be a lapse of communication and the technology is challenged. There are examples for this but too much to type! Overall, I love Dr. Nesbit.

The staff is very professional and caring. From check-in to check-out, the experience is great. This is an amazing team and I would highly recommend them. Dr Nesbitt is warm and caring. She is available to listen and formulate a plan for your care without bias.

This was my first time with this provider after 3 years without having any pelvic or gynecological exams. At first, I doubted that this doctor would be able to help me, but she truly surprised me. She was very professional and kind. After talking with her and explaining all of my concerns, she listened to me in detail and made me feel completely at ease with her knowledge and professionalism as a gynecologist. Some of the best care I have received at Wellstar and in Georgia as a whole. From my first "new patient appointment" to my recent "annual exam", this practice, staff, and provider have set the bar high for Women's Health. I've always felt comfortable and well taken care of, especially as a black woman. The staff is professional, caring, and smart/well informed.
