The audiologist - Dr. Anwanza -who cared for me was excellent. She carefully explained what she was doing and took time to give my husband and me her conclusions at the end of our 90-minute session. Compliments,, also, to Susi Fraser, who scheduled this appointment and sent me incredibly detailed instructions for navigating Kennestone and the construction there.

She was really informative with how to care for my hearing aid. She went step by step showing me how to clean and change the filter. I didn't even know the hearing air had a filter. I could have greatly benefitted knowing this 8 years ago when I got the hearing aid. Someone may of told me early on and I didn't grasp what was said. At home videos would be helpful.
