Was told to be at the appt at 1015am. I was there at 1005. At 1045 I finally asked the person who checked me in (and took my paperwork and payment) if I was going to be seen soon. I guess she had forgotten I was there because zi was supposed to be seen by the audiologist then the doctor. But I was seen by the dr then the audiologist then the dr again. I get it that things happen, but geez! A 1 hr appt took about 2 hours! The visit w the dr was good. No complaints about him. But the front end person should have noticed that I had been sitting there and not seen.

I was told on my previous that there was a 30 day free trial period for hearing aids. I wanted to try them to see if would help rid the 24/7 ringing in my ears. Apparently that free trial wasn't true, so I left the appointment.
