I was a little bit disappointed that she didn't offer any alternative for the pain I was in, which maybe she couldn't, I don't know, but I was expecting to have some feedback that would help the pain I was in at the time. Also, the gentleman that she had to come in, I don't know if he was a student, if he was her assistant, whatever, very intelligent, very likely, most agreeable. But he talked very softly and I couldn't understand what he was saying. So I might not have been able to answer all the questions he was asking me. That was the situation. Otherwise, I was very happy and satisfied. Thank you.

The provider is great, but I would have appreciated some signs in the building to help me get to my destination. If there was a place on the first floor to tell me what floor rheumatology is located on it would have been helpful. There is a desk on the first floor, but no one was there.

She's taken very good care of me for a number of years and she's trying to help me now to be able to get on another medication due to the company stopping what I was on and I trust her in her listening to me and giving me information for my health and my welfare. Close the public bathroom doors please!!! Parking is a huge issue!

I think they should listen a little bit more closely because I explained that I could not take therapy in Augusta, but then today I had the people from the rehab, whatever, the exercise place to call and try to set up an appointment. And I had told Dr. Oliver that I could not take therapy in Augusta. I live in Sylvania. I don't drive. I don't have the transportation. So sometimes I don't think they listen. They just do whatever they want to do.

I would recommend the physician but would tell them not to go to Wellstar!!! Insurance says my co pay was $45 and you charged me about $150 because you add a hospital fee. I would tell people to go somewhere else!!!!
