About Allison Strickland, NP

Allison Strickland, NP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner who provides primary care for patients age 16 and older. She welcomes new patients and is dedicated to helping individuals achieve and maintain their best health through preventive care, education, and personalized treatment plans.

Allison earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emory University School of Nursing in 1991 and her Master of Nursing from Troy University in 2018.

She provides comprehensive care for a variety of acute and chronic conditions, including high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity and weight management concerns, anxiety, sinus infections, ear infections, urinary tract infections, sexually transmitted infections, and cold and flu symptoms. Allison also offers annual wellness visits and preventive care services to support long-term health and well-being.

As a lifelong resident of LaGrange, Allison is passionate about serving the community she calls home. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and helping them navigate their healthcare journey with confidence.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her grandchildren, and relaxing with embroidery.

It cost me $200 to get a well visit, to get referrals to a psychiatry appointment with WellSTAR, because only WellSTAR can refer me for WellStar. They were amazing and got me that referral, but it cost me $200 to do that, and I worked for the company. So that is a thing.
